Web Design & Development

Most small business websites are not broken. They are just slow, hard to read on a phone, and vague about what they want the visitor to do.

No charge to our group benefits clients.

What it actually is

A site that loads fast, reads clearly, and turns visitors into enquiries.

Design and build, end to end: what the site needs to say, how it is structured, how it looks, and the technical work that makes it fast and accessible. Forms that reach a human, analytics that answer a question, and a handover that leaves you able to update your own content.

Best suited to: Employers whose site was built years ago, is slow on a phone, or does not reflect what the business does now.

What it includes

Inside web design & development

Take the whole thing or the parts you are missing. Scope is agreed before anything starts.

01

Structure and content

What pages you need and what each one is for. Most rewrites are really restructures — the words were fine, the order was not.

02

Design and build

Designed and developed to match your identity, rather than a template with your logo dropped into the corner.

03

Mobile first

The majority of your visitors are on a phone. That is where the design starts, not where it gets checked at the end.

04

Speed and accessibility

Fast loading and usable with a keyboard and a screen reader. Both are the right thing to do, and both are things search engines measure.

05

Forms and enquiries

Short forms that reach a real inbox, with the reassurance around them that actually gets people to submit.

06

Analytics and handover

Measurement set up so you can see what the site is doing, and a handover that leaves you able to edit it without ringing us.

Straight answers

Questions employers actually ask us

No hedging. If the honest answer is “you do not need us for that,” that is the answer you will get.

Ask us something else

Often not. If the structure is sound, targeted work on speed, mobile layout and the pages that matter most does more for less disruption. We will tell you when a rebuild genuinely is the cheaper answer.

You do, in your own accounts. Domains and hosting registered in a supplier’s name are one of the more common ways small businesses lose control of their own website.

That is the intent. We hand over something you can edit for routine changes, and we would rather you did — a site nobody can update is a site that goes stale.

Works with

What this is usually paired with

These five overlap on purpose. Doing one well tends to expose the next.

Remember why this exists

It comes free with your group benefits plan

We would rather help the companies we already look after grow than spend the same hours chasing new ones. There is no separate contract and no invoice.

No obligation

Tell us what your web design & development looks like today.

We will give you an honest read on where it stands and what we would do first — whether or not your plan is with us yet.
